Fish and seafood are an excellent source of Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Magnesium and Omega 3 fatty fatty acids. There is now a great of evidence that people who regularly include fish of their diet have a lower risk of unwanted fat gain.
How will we know could have wanted more, i hear you ask? Evidently God knew what could happen next as Verse 22 shows: ".and now in order that he or she not put his give out and actually take [fruit] also of this tree of life and eat and live to time everlasting. [...]
